Jennifer supports Managing Director Stefan Drüssler across the entire talent and startup journey. She is also a board member at finway, a SaaS solution that automates accounts payable processes and expense management for mid-sized companies. She founded the company in 2019 and led it as Co-CEO for six years. Before founding finway, Jennifer Hintz studied accounting and finance at LMU Munich and the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Her passion lies in entrepreneurship and in supporting founders on their path to building their own startup, especially in the financial sector.
