Tilman is an expert in the industrial software ecosystem, a recognized thought leader in software-defined automation & physical intelligence as well as patent holder of various SW patens. With over nine years of C-level experience at multinational corporations, Tilman has a deep understanding of what it takes to lead complex organizations through transformation in the digital era. He received a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and holds a master`s degree in business administration. Studies abroad at Seoul National University as well as MIT have shaped his academic career.
